As a Quality Manager, you will report to our CEO. You will apply your technical and leadership background relating to quality and contribute to the success of our team in a clean and safe environment.

Our Plant Location 112 SELIT Drive - Commerce, GA 30529

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Establishing quality metrics for product and service excellence.

· Leading the development and implementation of policies and programs that ensure product compliance with external and internal standards.

· Monitoring ongoing performance and quality control systems to ensure products meet consumer expectations and regulatory standards.

· Collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

· Preparing detailed reports on quality issues, investigations, and other significant outcomes based on the data collected.

· Reviewing current quality policies and making recommendations for improvements.

· Testing and examining samples of new products and monitoring phases of production to ensure overall quality.

· Documenting internal audits and other quality assurance activities.

· Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

· Developing, recommending, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions related to Quality Assurance

· Managing and maintaining documentation for Quality Assurance

· Establish and Strengthen Quality culture

Your Skillset

· Flexible but firm personality in order to build mutual trust levels with the production team

· Committed to quality and communication

· Proven knowledge of quality regulations in a manufacturing environment

· Experienced in use of Quality management system (ISO9001)

· Applying independent Problem-solving techniques

· Fulfill physical requirements including walking, standing, stooping and climbing

· Able to lift a maximum of 60 pounds

· Able to learn new Skills by independent Self-study

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are highly desirable.

· Proven experience in a quality assurance role in the industry.

· Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and practices.

· Minimum of ten (10) years Quality experience of which three (3) years as a Quality Assurance Manager

Base Salary: starting at $70,000 Gross per year, depending on experience
